Hello,

Thank you for your interest. I could include the languages from the list for which I have reliable sources. Any help/comment on roots and phonetics is always helpful. Here several comparisons you can trigger:

Acholi (Acoli) to Luo language comparison
Nuer to Acholi (Acoli) language comparison

These have a low genetic distance and belong all to the Nilo-Saharan macrofamily, Eastern Sudanic, Nilotic subgroup.

Some like Bambara (a language from the Mande family) and Maasai (Eastern Sudanic, Nilotic group) are quite isolated in the list. The source for Maasai is perhaps not ideal since a proximity to Nuer, Acholi and Luo should be visible. Here the nearest comparison for Maasai in our list, Nuer:

Maasai to Nuer language comparison

A few interesting comparisons within the Bantu group of languages:
Luganda to Bemba language comparison
Kinyarwanda to Kongo language comparison
Zulu to Lingala language comparison
Swahili to Comorian language comparison

I have added Akan as Twi as Akan is a group of languages of which Twi is a member and the sample you sent corresponds to Twi (double check in Google Translate). Re. Kanuri, we have an issue with the double check in ASJP: I have left notes where there is a difference between your sample and the ASJP data. Here is a view of the Twi and Kanuri words (they are not related, but just for the sake of visualisation): Twi to Kanuri language comparison
Thank you and all the best!

I have also changed the words 'Name' and 'You (thou)' in Kongo as you requested. Please next time send me you email address if possible - it will make communication easier, which is interesting since you gave great contribution so far. Email adress will not be displayed here.
Best regards
